I got a B and a C+ in a 2 session class over the summer. I went to almost every office hours. I think I connected with this professor. Even though I didn't do that well, is it worth it to ask for a LoR, from this professor?

I've taken another Professor 3 times and taking the professor again this semester. I've gotten all As, but don't think I've connected with the professor that well. The professor is pretty cool, though. I've struck a conversation with the professor one time and the professor actually got me a soda that time. Apart from that time, I've met him a couple of times (over 4 semesters) for the professor to answer some questions. Also, idk if this affects anything, but I've always shown up 30 minutes late to this professor's exams.

Get a letter from a professor who knows you well and can attest to your ability to do well in medical school. You can always ask the professor if they can do so, phrasing the question like "Would you feel comfortable writing a strong letter of recommendation for my medical school application?" Just depends on who you think can write the best letter. Grades don't necessarily mean the letter will be good/bad. Did you ask the B/C professor what you did wrong after every exam? Ask great questions? Attend every lecture? Did they know your name?
