Alright some schools simply request 3 letters of reccommendation while a few state 2 science professors and 1 other letter... This is where the problem lies. I was advised against getting my 2nd letter b/c it would have been from a science TA and not a professor. I currently have one letter from a science professor, one from a dentist i've been assisting for a few years, and the last was from a prestigious doctor which I did research for him and have a few publications with. At the time it made more sense to me getting this additional dentist or doctor's personal reccommendation than a generalized letter from a professor I didn't know on a close personal level. What do I do now? My AADSAS has already been sent to the schools and I was planning on sending out my Letters of Rec., but to the schools that request 2 science professors what in the world am I to do? I could probably get a good reccommendation from my advisor in the molec. bio department or a health advisor. I'm desperately in need of help. these are the schools I applied to, maybe someone has insight to whether these schools follow these guidelines stricly (Marquette, Ohio State, Louisville, Boston U, West Virginia, Case Western) ???????????please any help would be greatly appreciated
i plan on calling all the schools tommorow to find out the verdict
