I need some advice on whether or not I should get another letter of rec. I already have 5: 2 science professors, 1 non science (public speaking) professor, 1 MD (director of the free clinic where I volunteer, and 1 from the director of the community leadership program I work with. My premedical advisor insists that I don't need another one, but I if I can get another good one should I? Will it help my chances at all?

Many schools limit the number of letters to 3 of 4. Make sure that you send the letters which make you seem the most well rounded. Ex if your GPA and MCAT are stellar make sure you send the one from your Dr. and the one from your community service leader. If your GPA isn't so hot send the ones that play up academic ability.
