Hi,
I was looking at the "letters of recommendation" section on OptomCAS and I'm little confused. For instance, NOVA required 3 letters, 1 from an Optometrist, 1 from science professor and 1 from general professor. Does it mean that I have to get 3 letters exactly from those recommenders? Or can I just get 1 from optometrist, 1 from science professor and 1 from an employer?
Thanks

Yes it means exactly that. If you feel that you have an employer that will be able to write a strong letter, it is typically acceptable to add an extra LOR, but since they do specify those three, you need those.
