Position Available License and residency

Most residencies I contacted require me to be licensed in their state by Sep 1, which is 60 days after my degree conferral (June 30). Is this time frame enough to be licensed if I apply after june 30 for NAPLEX etc? Any insights or past experience with licensing time please. I know the time for licensure is state-dependant, but can I have an idea on how long the process takes? And time it took in the state you were in?
