Hi, I am dentist, did my graduation in India. Currently I am residing in USA. I like to practice in singapore. Kindly help me with the procedures, dental license exam, related course to do there.

Well... first of all you need to check if the Indian institute you passed your graduation from is on the list of registerable dental degree's

There after you can apply to the singapore dental council and get further information on the subject. But if you are RESIDING in USA i dont know why do you want to move out.....dentistry has some of the best prospects in the west!
