Anyone know much about LIJ in NY? There are no resident reviews on Scutwork.com, and I am hearing some bits and pieces on interviews. Any info on the teaching and how well they do in terms of cards/GI fellowships?

My friend is doing an internship at LIJ (she is a Neuro resident there) and she really likes it. I don't know the details, but it seems like a large program with a good amount of fellowships, so basically equivalent to a major university program.

Thanks. It's one of those programs that's hard to find out a lot about. In the region, it's got a great rep, but I don't know much about fellowships and teaching. Sounds like your friend is happy with it. Thanks for responding.
