I was just wondering if you guys are combining all the academic awards
into one entry. I feel like my awards don't really DESERVE individual entries
I've got dean's list and some honor society recognition type things (you know those greek letter ones).
But the problem here is that AAMC is asking for the award date for individual
award...
What do you suggest that I do?

But we're getting off-topic. Back to the OP, it's always a good idea to put down an award if it meant something to you while receiving it. There was a poster a while ago who couldn't remember how many awards he'd received, and wanted to know how to look them up in his school database. If you can't remember, that's not a good sign. But if it's memorable, that'll come through in your description of it (or in an interview where it's brought up).
