WoooHooooo! Tomorrow I take my very last undergrad final ever!!!!

Then my husband, kids, and I will have the entire summer to play and have fun...like selling the house, packing, moving, unpacking, freaking out about debt...ohhhhh fuuuunnn, I guess we will have some fun like water parks and vacations!
We do get a once in a life time gift where both my husband and I have the entire summer off. Could that go bad at some point? :laugh:

ah...i have orgo final tomorow:barf:
but i am surviving so far this semester. Just found out i got 92 on my gen chem2 which is fantastic because now i need only about 70 on my final to get an A. 😛 but ofcourse i felt like crap and thought i faile dthe exam...damn pessimism:laugh:

LOL! I don't remember that being one of the interview questions. I know I was asked about NYCOM and whether I would rather go there. I guess my love of the country could have been inferred from my response. But, no one else on my interview day said that they were asked about something like that. Hmmm....that mind reading trick again.😱 :laugh: 😉

Hey, has anyone done a calculation to figure out which lender is the best deal yet?

I've got to believe that the IRR are better than the principal reductions.
 
I graduated in August. I just never took organic chemistry. So, I had to take orgo 1 in the fall and now I am finishing orgo 2. 😴 My final is next Tuesday and then I will be done with undergrad classes forever and ready for med school. WOOT!!!! :banana: :hardy: 😀 👍

UNDER TWO WEEKS NOW TO THE MOVING DATE!!!!😱 :scared: :biglove:

My wife and I have been looking at the loan stuff a lot over the last couple of days. Personally, I am going between Chase and EdAmerica. If someone put a gun to my head and told me to choose right now I would go with Chase for the Stafford and with EdAmerica for the GradPlus b/c I also prefer IRR rather than principal reductions. What is nice about Chase's Stafford is that the IRR's are locked in after 4 years of on-time payments. With EdAmerica, if you miss a payment (which none of us plan on 🙂 ) your rate goes back to the original rate and you have to go 2 years without a late in order to start getting IRR's again. As for the GradPlus, EdAm has a larger IRR and you don't have to request deferring your loan payments - it is done automatically from what I understand. With Chase, you will be required to start paying on the loan after disbursement unless you request, thru the loan servicer before the first payment is due, you want to defer your payments. Otherwise, you start paying back this loan while in school - yuck.
 
Man that orgo final i just had was brutal. I feel like i have been shaveling snow all day....i am so drained...and honestly just praying for a C at this point🙁 :scared:

What do you make of the "3% interest credit back to the borrower" by Chela on the Grad Plus loans?

Pretty much agree on the Stafford's...I'm looking for as much of an interest deduction as possible.

Ok, so who has done the lab work for the matriculation packet? I spoke with my doctor today, and it's going to cost about $300 👎 for the antibody titers that we are supposed to have. 😱
Am I getting ripped off or is everyone else paying something in that area? 😕

My insurance covered all of the tests. I just had to pay a few dollars for the co-pays and such. If you don't have insurance $300.00 seems about right.

For my Rubeola, Rubella, Hep B Surface AB, and Mumps alone it was $370. Varicella-Zoster was 116.75 I only paid about $75.00 total out of pocket.

My tests cost me a total of $20.00 for my copay. 😱 I can't believe that you had to pay that much with insurance!!! I never liked my insurance company, but now I guess I do.🙄

does anyone know how much the drug test is? my insurance won't cover it and no one at the doctor's office could tell me a price....

The way I read the sheet, DCOM or the rotational hospitals perform the drug test when they want. It seems a little to easy to take a drug test at your convenience. 🙂

Is everyone else getting the drug tests right now?
 
Not sure what the costs are...my labs and stuff are all in the next couple of weeks.

Just found out that by some miracle I pulled an A in my online Physics II class...I can't believe it.

Now, I just wanna get a house located...sell ours...go to the lake a LOT, and move...

The T-Shirts are not very exciting. A plain T-shirt, dark blue, with a small 9 cm emblem on the front upper left corner, nothing else.

I think you have to periodically take drug tests. You do need one now though. If y'all remember, I was afraid my ultram would make me test positive for opiates. I talked to Dr. Leo on the phone about that and about the test. So, you need one now. I am not sure how much it costs though. Sorry.

They can drug test me all they want as long as they don't test for caffeine.:meanie: :laugh: That is my drug of choice...hopelessly addicted.😛

Yesterday i was ready to shoot myself after orgo final. I seriously thought i failed it...my bf and my mom started to ignore my bragging about failing tests because they realized i am just paranoid.
Just like i felt down the stairs few weeks ago and nearly broke my back the first thing i said to my bf was: "OMG how am i going to study for my exam":hardy: :laugh:
