LOE confusion

Hi,

So all of my LOE writers have submitted their letters, and I've submitted my application. I'm just confused because some of the supplementals say to send letters of rec only once they contact you... I just don't quite understand how that works--how do you designate which letters go to which schools?

All letters uploaded to AADSAS are sent to all schools you applied to.

Which schools say that?

University of Washington's supplemental page says:

Special information from this dental school:

Send these materials directly to the dental schools only when an admission officer contacts you:

• Application fee $50
• Official Transcripts from all institutions attended
• Supplemental application materials
• Letters of Evaluation

...I don't understand what they mean when they ask you to send LOEs (and transcripts too, for that matter)

If you read the UW SOD admissions FAQ, it says everything is to be sent through AADSAS so I guess it was never updated?
