Yeah A&M still has that, but I think UT changed it to top 9% from top 8% for this years applicants.

Yowza. Compound that with Crockell's top 3-5% for engineering student admit and thats horrible. I never understood the cap for it. As far as I know if you got into A&M early enough you got into an engineering program until it filled up. They just weeded you out first year. Crockell does pre and post weeding =.

So untrue. This guy completely changed my perception of what a teacher should be doing. I swear, all of my current professors could learn so much about what it means to teach from sitting in one of his lectures. 👍
