Looking for IMG friendly ped residencies

Hello! I am an US IMG from India. I am applying for a Peds residency. Unfortunately I didn't do too well in my Step 1. Is there any specific cut off scores which programs look for in Pediatrics? I would also like to know if there is any place where I can get a list of IMG friendly Ped residencies. Do university programs (as opposed to university based community programs) accept IMGs as well? How good is Florida state?
