It is okay to get a LOR from a resident? And does it matter how far along the dr is in their residency? Thanks

does it really necessarily need to be known?? I mean they might be able to use their institutions letterhead and everything and not actually say what their position is. I don't know...just a thought, they are still a doctor.

I don't think it really matters if they write resident anyway 🙂

If you apply to the school the doctor graduated from it is possible someone on the adcom would recognize them as a recent graduate. I'm wondering about this also.

What are the chances of remembering someone at a school that probably sees so many students? Hmmm, and like MZ said they are doctors so shouldn't that be enough? I'm still confused on what to do.
