Hey everyone

I graduated in 2006 and I am currently applying. Alot of the secondaries require 2 science letters. I have one letter from physiology and another from a math professor, is math considered a science to medical schools (when referring to LORs?)

Thanks!

Math is considered a science, thats why its considered in the BCPM gpa on AMCAS.

ok i was just wondering cause some schools specify sciences as bio, chem , physics for the LOR.
thanks

I have the same issue. Call the schools and check, don't just rely on the opinions of other pre-meds.

Sometimes you can substitute LORs. You just have to contact the school.
