Is this necessary? When entering details about your individual letters, is it okay to not put a letter title? Or should it just be: Letter of Recommendation from Dr. ____

it's just there for you and amcas to keep track of which letter is which. Don't overthink it..

Note that the medical schools can see what you named the letters so keep it professional. I just put the authors' last names as the titles.
