Do I need to have my LOR writers resend their letters to AMCAS if I'm applying this cycle?

How does the LOR thing work if I'm reapplying again?

Yes, your letters must be submitted.

To my understanding if your letters are save in a letter service database (ie Interfolio), they may be re-used and you don't need to bother your letter writers again. It is generally recommended to supply at least one new letter for the upcoming cycle, but I'm not sure that it's strictly necessary. (Besides, how much could their opinion of you have changed in a year?).
