i know this is a pretty basic question:

i'm applying to several SMPs this year. i noticed that each school has a specific form for your profs to fill out. but my profs already wrote a set of recommendations and submitted it to the school LOR "database". do we still need to have them fill out the "official" LOR form?

I'm planning on applying to quite a few programs. A lot of the programs have their own forms for recommendations/reference, but most of the programs I called said that filing services would be fine as long as you send it directly from the filing service to the school. I'm planning on using Interfolio/ReferenceNow. You might want to ask the specific programs you're interested in just to be sure, but from what I gather it shouldn't be a problem.
