Captain's Log:

26/8/18– Second watch aboard the Nautilus has proved slightly more difficult than anticipated. Passengers argued all day about what could have caused the deaths of the Candiru and Giant Squid noticed from first watch. I was impressed that they noticed the tiniest details. I am confident, as is Capt. KD, that the rest of this voyage will yield significant scientific discovery. Unfortunately, earlier today the submarine was tossed and turned as we passed through the Mediterranean. We were caught between Scylla and Charybdis. The engines were at full speed to avoid the whirpool's suction and Ned Land launched a harpoon as a distraction for Scylla, the 6 headed sea monster. Many a ship has been caught between these two and not lived to tell the tale. We are lucky to have made it out alive. Unfortunately, as she saw us pass through unscathed, Scylla was upset at her failure and jumped into Charybdis' swirling doom. Scylla was drowned and Charybdis imploded in sorrow.

The outcome of tonight's main contenders? No. But as the day went on coffee seemed more and more village, so that's why I unlynched hours ago. I didn't understand the SAR wagon, because she has been seeming village to me. Not going to vote for two people I have in my village camp.

But like, you can get village feels on people without having corresponding sketchy feels for other people. I'll fully admit my dolphin vote ended up being a throwaway, partially because she was too busy to respond but partially because I didn't really have strong sketch feels for anyone.

I did not, I was packing for my first day of school tomorrow, and scrambled to even skim through the two new pages of posts that had been added since I was last on.

I don't get that part, either.

People were sounding like there was a delayed blocker which was probably wolfy. I get why coffee was nervous to reveal. I would have kept my vote on her with that reveal if I had been around.

And no, I'm not going to swing the vote toward anyone else 3 minutes before close but noting that this last minute waiting on voting is very non-pippy

Eh she tries to last minute vote more commonly now (though most of the time she misses the deadline by a hair)

Okay reassessment, my top wolfy picks are jboo for pretty much just posting discussion about rez mechanics so far, SOV who hasn't said much content so far, and dolphin for voting for jboo with minor feels she wouldn't explain (what is with not explaining the jboo votes - pips did that too)

I agree with WZ that stagg's constant defense of his rng votes seems more village now especially if they've discussed how that makes him sketch before. But also could just be them in cahoots trying to get everyone off his case.

SAR seemed sketchy, but on further reflection on her posts, I actually think she sounds reasonable and the fact she defended coffee sounding village early on moves her lower on my sketch list. I think she's tunneling genny though.
