Maybe not defend, but as a participant in that whole exchange - even in a behind the scenes capacity - it weirds me out that dolphin offered 0 commentary. Again, I could be making mountains out of molehills as they may not have even been around (you didn't say when this info drop occurred so I'm working without that info) but it just smacks of contributing to a lynch without having to openly be on the lynch

Nah, not even close to too WIFOMy lol

How about this: what if I was a wolf for the 3rd time in a row and knew I was going to have to change things up big time AGAIN, and the only way I could do that was by being off the rails???

Orrrr, what if I am chaos and am doing all of this intentionally to bait you all because it's actually part of my win condition to get lynched???

(Spoiler alert: it's neither of those things. I am already a little bored as a now-vanillager, and feel like joking around. Please don't lynch me. lol)

I didn't realize she didn't participate on the thread at all. I agree that is a bit of a red flag.

I kinda want to talk about role names, guys. Anyone wanna share?

I don't think they will mean anything because: we have had many scary mythical sea monsters die, I am not even really a monster, Cheezit was a real fish, yada yada. So I am pretty positive there is no real info to glean from them.

I'll go first, but you all already know mine anyways: the Bloop.

But if that's the case, aren't we rather close to lylo, based on your calculations?

So I'm not seeing what the huge risk is. Plus, there are a bajillion ocean things/sea monsters, so it's not like there are limited options for cover roles here

I disagree with this. Based on your role and coffee's roles, I think that deductions to what abilities go with them (or at least a short list of possibilities) is relatively straightforward. I wouldn't be surprised if other roles are that way too

I agreed with Pippy’s line of thought bc I had been getting my own sketchy feels from stuff that’s already been pointed out, and me and Pippy even discussed genny possibly using her lynch overrule, and discussed the reluctance of the tie breaking. I was fine with my jboo vote, and I wasn’t sure if anyone would agree with Pippy to vote there, then when I saw jboo had voted for genny at 9:53 I wasn’t sure anymore bc I had one wolf voting for another. And I only had a really short time to contemplate, then like two minutes later two more votes for genny making her the leader, then she hopped in to vote for jboo. And at that point I was trying to reconcile is it just bad luck two wolves are up for lynch and this is how it played out or is genny really village. That was all happening in my brain at 9:58, I refreshed the page and stagg voted genny so I didn’t need to make a decision right then. But in all honesty I was just trying to get my life together in my head, that’s the only reason I didn’t flip my vote.

Meh. I dunno. Some of them make sense backing into it, but starting from the role outwards, I think it would be a lot harder. And some of them, like dubz? I would have thought her role would have been something juicy.

I was saying it as in you seemed to just believe Pippy outright when she’d already said she lied.
And that instance was to me in PM. The comment just felt off to me.

Ah. It makes sense now. Thanks for the clarification.

However, I'm choosing to believe Pippy insofar as she says that you were a go between for her and genny. That is the only info my lynch vote really requires to be true to follow my logic at this point. So unless you are saying that in particular is a lie, whether Pippy lied to you earlier or not has no bearing to my reasons for lynching. I do understand your justification, and it does sound village. However, your actions can also easily say wolf and that's the spin I'm looking at it from right now.

However, if no one else moves their votes I may have to go elsewhere for self-prez again. Though I doubt a lead with 2 votes will hold up given how much we all seem to love waffling, myself included after yesterday

Well, jboo just started 1st year vet school and Crayola may be sleeping like the dead or suspended again, so you might be out of luck on the PM partners.

Best tip I have for you is to put me on ignore. It'll shorten the catch up considerably lol

There hasn't been much to defend against as far as I've seen. If I remember correctly, both votes were dropped without explanation. As seems to be normal when I always sit on the board.

Oh no yeah Pippy quoted what I sent, but I mean that’s fine it’s not really much to argue against I don’t see me not posting in the ten minutes the vote actually gained traction as wolfy but you do. So it is what it is.
 
Lynch jboo

I’m still leaning into my gut feelings and nothing said has really swayed me to not think this. And bc I have to drive home from school and get dinner so I’d rather y’all have a vote to analyze and what not.
 
So, I had a few posts quoted, and now they seem to be gone (from my multi-quote, not from the thread) and I don't remember which posts they were. I'm ok with a jboo or SAR lynch today, SAR for reasons previously listed and she never got off my sketch list, and boo because I agree with whomever said it that the genny train was a good way to get the votes off boo (yes, I know pippy started the train, but several of you piled right on without much thought). Is there a current lynch tally?

Also, I'm on clinics, and currently not taking the train, so, I'm only around in the evenings. I try to do a quick read through in the morning, but I don't always have time to comment depending on how much was said.
