Madigan ADT Rotation questions

I'm set to do an ADT at Madigan in about a month and I was wondering for those who have done rotations there was on base housing provided? Also did they authorize you a rental vehicle while at Madigan

I signed up for my ortho elective next summer and in the info they sent me, a rental car will be split among 3-4 students and it will be put in one of the student's name after they in-process.
