One of the medical schools I applied to sent me an email about their Master's Program. Should I be worried?

Nope. Someone bought a list of people who took the MCAT. It happens every day. Some of these MS programs are cash cows for the university and they want to advertise to you. Completely unrelated to your AMCAS application to that school.
