The worst thing is to not apply broadly enough. Your stats are great however do you have any non-clinical volunteering? Clinical volunteering?

I'd suggest:
All Your State Schools
Lack of research makes the top tier slightly less likely but I'd throw in those that are also highly ranked in primary care since you have so much experience with that. You should frame your app around that (based on my limited knowledge of your app from what you've said)
Look into
It would be good to have some of the adcoms weigh in. @Goro @Faha and @LizzyM could give you the best advice 🙂

As long as you apply to all your South Carolina schools you can add any OOS schools that appeal to you.
