Do you need to take the MCAT to apply for an MPH degree?

Many programs accept (or even require) the GRE, usually more often than the MCAT

You absolutely do not need the MCAT, but it can be substituted for the GRE at many institutions. Just check before taking any exam, especially if you're taking the MCAT and would like to use that score instead of taking another exam (even though the GRE is much easier).
