MCAT Registration Help!!

I definitely need some help and advise on this!! So I originally planned to take the MCAT on April 24, however, after laying awake tonight I decided I don't think I will be prepared enough to take it then and wanted to take it on the 22nd of May. When I went to change my registration May 22nd was filled for my state, then I checked the 31st and that also was all filled. So I went ahead and registered for June 5 test date. Now I am worried that I will be way behind the ball for applications and it could jeapordize my chances (I know I can submit all my other materials before it get my scores, but also know they won't look at my app. until scores come in)! I just wouldn't feel comfortable with May 8th or 17th because those are during and right after finals. Should I stick to my June 5 day or should I look for a May 22nd or 31st in another state??

I am flying out to another state to take the test. It sucks, but if you have family in another state, it just makes it easier.

June 5th is still considered early.

June 5th is fine. You'll be able to submit your application in June, but it usually doesn't get released to the schools until later in the month. By the time your scores come back, the schools will probably be receiving your application at the same time. Plus, for some schools you'll still need to complete secondaries before they look at your entire app.
