The August after your junior year/before your senior year is the latest date that you can take the MCAT for fall admittance after your senior year...However, the MCAT is going cpu with multiple testing dates in 2007 so that may change...(and yes, you may have wanted to make your thread title a tad more specific so that others can be more helpful to you)

It has changed for 2007. You can get the test dates for 2007 from the AAMC web site.
