It's been about a year since I put up the "modern" and "improved" mdapplicants.com, and I have a little bit of free time here over the next month, so I wanted to start another thread for feedback.

Smaller changes are more likely to be implemented, so if there's something that just gnaws away at you that can be quickly and easily tweaked, that's likely to be able to be fixed.

Major site revisions are unlikely to happen for another few years.

Critique away!

As a resource for current and future applicants, dates are perhaps as important as a person's qualifications in evaluating a cycle. I think a few more should be added, and their inclusion would mostly not alter the current design in any way (there's enough space).

General information:
- the date your AMCAS was processed
School specific information:
- the date you submitted your primary to that school (some people apply to more schools later)
- the date you received your secondary (gives people a frame of reference for when to expect secondaries based on submission times)
- the date you submitted your secondary (gives a reference for how long becoming 'complete' may take)
- the date you withdrew (some people will withdraw immediately after being waitlisted or play it out late into the summer)

The 'AMCAS processed' date could just go under the 'AMCAS submitted' line. For the school specific dates, if you changed 'Submitted' to 'Primary submitted', then there's space inside the boxes for two of the other three dates. 'Secondary received' and 'Secondary submitted' are probably more useful than a 'Withdrew' date. I quickly made an example in Paint that's attached, I had to minimize it a lot so I don't know if it'll show up well enough to see.

the site seems a bit slower than before, and sporadically VERY slow

I wish there slightly more search options. Like being able to search for "Waitlisted, then accepted" students or "rejected" students at a particular school.
