My problem with Banana Republic is that you can only get the tall sizes online. Maybe it's just me being an old foagie, but I have a hard time buying clothing I haven't tried on first. I'm only 6'2", and I admittedly do have a few of their shirts, but they are all too short to reliably stay inside my pant-waist. Also the sleeves usually come up short too, so the shirts I do have are reserved for the untucked-sleeves-rolled-up look. Not great for rotations. The Banana Republic non iron shirts are nice. They come in classic, slim, and tailored slim fits. They "retail" for $80, but 40% off sales are the norm for them. You also get a 25% off coupon that stacks with their usual sales when you sign up for the making list. I've gotten most of mine for somewhere around $30-35, which is a great value for what you're getting.
