Medical School Likely Letter?

Hi! I was just curious, but are "likely letters" for medical school an occurrence? I received two letters from schools thanking me after the interview (in addition to the post-interview survey email), reiterating how much they enjoyed it, and saying that they are very highly considering me... Not sure if I should place any weight on this though.

Not the same as college, this is just a courtesy note I would say

Haha, I am very not sure and won't make any assumptions, but they seemed out of the blue/not standard given that others I know didn't receive them.

They're telling you the truth, and being polite, but they mean absolutely nothing.
