Medical Spellchecker for Mac Word X?

I started using Word X for the Mac but have lost my medical spellchecker. I have been unable to find one that will work. Does anyone know of an OS X spellchecker or of a way to get an old checker to be recognized by Word X? Thanks.

I would also love to find a Mac compatible Word spellchecker (preferably that works with both OSX and OS9). Great post!
