medical student from Sweden applying for core clerkship in USA

Hi! I'm l want to do a core rotation (clerkship) in the US. Preferably in surgery or urology. Thus im looking for core clerkship and not elective rotations in the final year of medschool. Ive looked at the list at On-Line Extramural Electives Compendium and most of them only offer electives for final year medstudents. So the question is do you know schools that offer core clerkships for international students?
