Medical Student in UK Applying for BMSc in Australia

I am a medical student in the UK. Does anyone know whether it is possible to do a BMSc in Australia (for one year)? The biggest concern is the different term times for universities in Australia and the UK. Would it be possible to start 'mid-term' and still be able to do a degree?
