Dont kid yourself. Any 72yo on any of our schedules is there for toenails to be clipped. Diabetic or not.
So far my ONLY negative review in the new job was from a non qualifying lady who claimed my nippers were not sharp enough and she wont be back.
They were literally brand new nippers never been used before.
Wait till you get a negative review 1/5 from a patient you've never seen because somehow they couldn't figure out how to make an appointment or their PCP never sent the referral etc.
You know it was for toenails too
