I've obviously attempted to amp up the ridiculousness.

She did straight up ask me if my notes would be part of a government database. This was unprompted. I don't talk about Area 51 during encounters. She was there for an ingrown toenail.

She had straight Medicare/Novitas so - her billing will be submitted to Medicare and jokingly the Chinese have hacked everything. The rest is just dramatic flair.
