The kind of person who uses a podiatry broker is probably posting on PM News, not SDN.
The readership here trends towards students, residents, and hospital employed podiatrists. If you were to perform some sort of dynamic polling of this board you'd find most people don't believe a podiatry private practice is worth anything at all. Maybe equipment at best. Maybe some very minor percentage of collections ie. 10-20%. I've bought a practice and the more I speak to other youngs pods who bought in somewhere the more I think they (and I) all should have just started their own practices from the ground up. Too much carried bloat. To hard to change the momentum of practices that are set in their ways.
That sort of readership isn't going to be interested in a brokerage service that has to sell practices at enough of a premium to justify their commission.
