Menstrual period no bleeding

Hey folks I am a 43 yr. old woman, and I am now on my period and have been having very little bleeding to no bleeding in 24 hours, and I'm having the cramps, and nomral pains. My Menstrual only last 3 days, at max any way, but just concerned is there sme thing wrong?

I would check a pregnancy test. you could be have anovulatory bleeding (meaning you are not releasing an egg )which is common with menopausal do you have menopausal symptoms hot flashes etc?
are you trying to conceive?
are you on birth control
have you had children in the past?

You need to make an appointment with your obgyn.

Concur with above. IF UPT positive need to rule out ectopic pregnancy
