I am trying to find information on subpoenas of records and forensic activities in the Nebraska state laws. I'm looking at http://www.hhs.state.ne.us/crl/mhcs/psych/psych.htm#Rules and have searched all 9 pdf files for "forensic" and "subpoena" and have found nothing. Am I looking in the wrong place or searching for the wrong terms? Thanks!
