Hi everyone,
I was wondering if any of you could give me feedback on the Michigan State University Interview. What types of questions did they ask? What was the school like? Any tips?
Thanks!

i recently came back from one and my only advice is the read the interview feedback forum! it gives you all the questions you can expect on the big day. the interviewers are required to ask three questions, which are all in the interview feedback forum, and the rest is pretty conversational and laid back. i felt really prepared having gone through the questions posted on the website. also bring a thick coat, because when i went it was FREEZING!! Good luck!

Thanks for your advice! Do you know how long they take to notify you after the interview?

they didn't give us a concrete date, they just told us that they take alot of time and effort in giving each application a fair chance and don't make a decision until the majority (about 75% or more) of the committee comes to a consensus about you

It really depends, some will hear at the next decision date. Some, like me interviewed interviewed in october (11th) and still havent heard back yet. I guess take that as it is

ya it really depends on your credentials, i interview on the 4th of October and haven't heard any news yet. I wonder what they are doing with mine? ( I think im really competitive, this is my 5 interview) The best thing to do to prep is not over prep. Be yourself and off the cuff. Be natural and dont go in there saying what they want to hear. For starters they paired me up with a psychologist and i knew he would have read me like a book if i over prepared. They are really laid back at the interviews, so no worries. The best thing i can tell yea is wear comfortable shoes, because your going to be doing some walking. Maybe you should hit up the gym and jog a little to get used to walking that much, jk. Best of luck and if you need anything more detailed, send me message.

can someone please post the link for the feedback forum, or if possible the page the michigan state information is on. ive been searching and im either blind or clueless because i cannot find it. thanks.
