Depends on the level of the anatomy.

If it's like legit upper level mammalian or comparative anatomy--that's an insanely difficult class.
I took took Comparative Anatomy with Biochem 2 and Physical Chemistry--netted 2 B's out of the deal, but it was my 2nd semester of my senior year with med school acceptance in hand. I perhaps could have gotten there with more motivation, butttt

Physiology is a much easier class to fit with other hard classes, IMO.

Micro/Biochem/Physio
Anatomy is mostly memorization and will have little overlap with the others. Physio will have biochem. Micro might have some biochem.

Agree with micro/biochem/physiology. Plus, I found physio to be much more useful than anatomy during undergrad -- easier to contextualize (vs anatomy which is easily forgotten after a few weeks without meaningful application)
