missing Secondaries

My AMCAS primary app hasn't been verified, but I don't want to wait to start my secondaries. What should I do if the school doesn't put the secondary on the website?

So far, I've noticed that Cornell and NYU don't have them up.

PS - forgot to mention that my primary app won't be complete until my MCAT scores come back in eary september.
