McCune-Albright Syndrome

Clinical Signs and Symptoms​

a. Café au lait pigmentation: unilateral, well-defined, tanned macules with irregular margins on the trunk and thighs. May also be present on the oral mucosa.

Mr. McCune Albright (a business man) drinks café au lait (oral mucosa) but he spills it (irregular margins) on his trunk and thighs.

Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome

A skin lesion characterized by freckle-like spots on the oral mucosa, perioral skin, and oral mucosa. It’s also associated with intestinal polyps.​

Jeghers= jaguar --> spotted , Peutz= Pukes -->pukes because of intestinal polyps.
