can some one explain this?

I believe A+T is the weakest base pair thermodynamically, therefore, the curve will shift to the left and a molecule of DNA made from a majority of A+T will denature into 2 strands (increasing optical activity) at a lower temp than another piece of DNA (of equal length) with G+C's.
