I am curious as to what kind of opportunities there are for moonlightling while in an EM residency, which programs are known for having time for this, and what is the avg pay.

UC Davis let us moonlight. $88/ hr.

Most of the midwest programs I interviewed at allowed moonlighting.
My program allows it... although only one of us moonlights since he's the only one with a license. I plan on moonlighting next year but not necessarily in the ED (MRI scanners and other such nonsense).
