What is the going rate for a Surgical Resident to cover ICU at night. I will be going into the lab next year and have a opportunity to work in a CSICU current coverage is by PA's as home call. Thanks

while not specific to ICU call, IMHO, the location doesn't make much difference (ie, you will make the same if you worked in the SICU as if you did floor work).
