Mounting lights on other frames?

Hi Everyone,

I bought Designs for Vision Loupes in D1 and bought a pair of Q-Optics as a back-up just before graduation to take advantage of the student discount. I didn't buy a new light though. Has anybody found a way to mount the DSV light on another company's frames? I know some brands make mounts that fit other frames, but I don't think DSV does. I'd rather not have to invest in a new light if I don't have to.

Most loupe light manufactures have different mounts that they sell for different brand loupes. I have a DFV light on a pair of orascoptic loupes for example. Contact DFV, they usually run around $50.
