I just took aamc 4 and got a 22, my diagnostic was a 19. those are the only two tests I have taken thus far.

My test is on July 29th, my worst was verbal scoring a 6, and then an 8 on bio and 8 on PS. After today, I was going to spend about 6-7 hours a day studying and then taking practice tests on the weekend. (take one on Saturday morning, then go over it during the afternoons, and same on Sundays)

Should I move my test back to August 12th or 18th or am I freaking out to much?

I would take another AAMC test under realistic testing conditions just to make sure that your 22 on the AAMC 4 wasn't a fluke or wasn't just caused by you having an off-day that day. If you take another AAMC test and get a similar score, or if you just don't feel prepared, then I would probably lean towards moving the test date back to give yourself extra time.

I would delay while you can, give yourself more time, maybe another month. Don't risk a super low score on your record its not worth it. With stress the real thing maybe lower than practice (mine were).
