MPH -1 year, session, online vs on-campus

I am a foreign medical graduate. I had a few questions regarding MPH:

1) Can anyone please tell me or direct to a list of 1 year MPH programs ?

2) Basically, I would have time till July 2010 to do the course (the on campus one). So am I late for this year or could anyone guide me about any 1 year programs whose deadline for 2009-2010 is not over yet?

3) Are online MPH degrees considered at par with the regular ones? If it is ok to do the online courses, which one is the most recommended? For the online courses, is the student visa sponsored?

4) Are there any programs that do not require the GRE ?

As far as it being at par with live campus, I am not sure. It works for me because my husband is military and we move too much for me to go to a live campus. Hope this helps.

I paid just under $17K for tuition and books. The books are mailed to you once you complete a class. I did not have to take the GRE.
