MPH after a PhD

Hi All,

I am a postdoc in the field of HIV/AIDS (I finished my PhD 3 years ago) and I am now applying for an MPH. I just passed my GRE (V:720, Q:780).

I am thinking of applying to Harvard, Hopkins and maybe Columbia. Does anyone know anything about admission chances for people with a PhD?
What about financial aid (I am an international student)?

Anyone else thinking of applying to these schools for an international/global health concentration?
