Mph / Mha For A Dentist

hello all...

i am a dentist from india.and thinking about mph program in u.s.a.

what is minimum gre score..and is it a very tough examm i mean the maths ..

and how is MPH and MHA as a career..regarding the job prospects.. and does one comes under H1 visa cap after these degree.

which are the good universities..

i am totally new to this field..please help.
