MSUCOM/CCOM Pros
- located in more urban areas (while I like)
- Easier to access for family/friends (direct flights)
-Excellent rotations

MSUCOM/CCOM Cons
-
More expensive (65-78 K per year)
-Graded preclinicals

KCUCOM Pros
-more affordable (51.5 K)
-P/F preclinicals
-cheaper cost of living

KCUCOM Joplin Cons
- less familiar with area, harder for family to reach
- less things to do on weekends

Looks like its about 100K vs. a better location/vibe. Debt is no joke but good support systems and living in area you will be happy are important factors. Personally, I would go MSUCOM > CCOM > KCU-Joplin.
