How competitive is Mt. Sinai and Albert Einstein? I'm doubting if I should apply there or not.

Both are competitive. Sinai is ranked #22 or 23 this year and Einstein is ranked in the top 50 also. An assistant dean at Sinai recently told me that most people on the wait list all have MCAT's higher than 30 and GPA's greater than 3.7. To my knowledge is pretty comparable in stats. I have worked at Sinai for over a year so I am inclined to tell you to apply there because I feel its a great school and hospital. All the faculty I've come in contact with have been so helpful and really promote learning. I've also heard similar things about Einstein. Feel free to PM me about any other questions about Sinai...I may be able to help answer! Good luck.:)
